Accident Connect ("Accident Connect," "we," "us," "our," or "Company") is owned and operated by Pacific International Group Inc., a South Dakota corporation.

Accident Connect is a technology-based directory and connection platform that connects individuals ("Users") with independent third-party lawyers, medical providers, clinics, healthcare professionals, and related service providers ("Service Providers").

We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, or professional services.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, disclose, retain, transfer, monetize, and protect information.

Nature of Platform — No Professional Relationship

Accident Connect is a neutral directory and referral platform. Any legal or medical relationship exists solely between you and the Service Provider.

Accident Connect:

  • Is NOT a law firm
  • Is NOT a medical provider
  • Does NOT practice law or medicine
  • Does NOT guarantee outcomes
  • Does NOT control Service Providers
  • Does NOT supervise or direct Service Providers

Information We Collect

We may collect information to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A. Information You Provide

You may provide:

  • Full name and alias names
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security number (if voluntarily submitted)
  • Government ID information
  • Email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Accident details and injury information
  • Insurance information and medical records
  • Legal claim and employment information
  • Financial details and payment information
  • Photos, video, audio, and uploaded documents
  • Biometric information (if submitted)
  • Communications and any other information voluntarily submitted

You represent that you have the legal right to provide this information.

B. Sensitive Personal Information

We may collect health and medical information, insurance claim data, legal case details, location history, and financial data. You expressly consent to processing of sensitive information.

C. Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address, device ID, and advertising ID
  • Browser fingerprint, cookies, and pixel tags
  • Session replay data, screen recordings, and keystroke metadata (excluding payment fields)
  • App usage analytics, crash reports, and referring URLs

  • GPS data (precise & approximate), Bluetooth signals, and Wi-Fi access points

HIPAA Disclaimer

Accident Connect is NOT a "covered entity" under HIPAA. We are a technology platform.

Any health information submitted is provided voluntarily and processed under this Privacy Policy, not HIPAA. Service Providers are independently responsible for HIPAA compliance.

Data Retention

We retain data:

  • As long as necessary for business purposes
  • For legal compliance and dispute resolution
  • For fraud prevention and evidentiary preservation
  • For backup archives indefinitely

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards. However, no system is secure. We disclaim liability for breaches beyond our reasonable control. Users assume inherent internet transmission risks.

SMS & Communication Consent

By providing contact info, you consent to: calls, auto-dialed calls, SMS/text messages, marketing emails, and push notifications.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard carrier rates apply.

International Data Transfers

If accessed outside the U.S., data is transferred to the U.S. and you consent to U.S. jurisdiction.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Privacy Disputes)

Any dispute relating to privacy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in South Dakota under AAA rules.

You waive: jury trial, class actions, class arbitration, and representative actions.

Opt-out must be exercised within 30 days of first use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; emotional distress; or reputational harm.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) $100, or (b) the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pacific International Group Inc., its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims arising from your use, your submissions, your violation of law, or your interaction with Service Providers.
